When Stacket returns

What customers should expect.

Because we're rebuilding important parts of the platform, returning customers will have a few steps to complete when Stacket comes back online.

01 / RETURN

New login information

Customers will receive updated login information when the new Stacket platform becomes available.

02 / RECONNECT

Reconnect your accounts

You'll need to reconnect your social accounts to the rebuilt Stacket platform so we can establish the new secure connections.

03 / MOVE FORWARD

Use the new Stacket

Once your accounts are connected, you'll be able to access the rebuilt platform and its improved infrastructure and features.

Important: During the rebuild, the Stacket team is also working directly with social platforms and channels to review account connections, compliance requirements, and security improvements. Some account connections may therefore require additional steps when the platform returns.
